Consequences of Breach

Should a Relevant Person (see Policies, point 6.0) be found to have breached a Policy or Code of Conduct the consequences could include, but not be limited to, the following being received from the GESA Committee (and/or) AusCycling:

• Verbal warning

• Written warning

• Time Penalties

• Race(s) Ban

• Season(s) Ban

• Expulsion (permanent or temporary) from GESA
